Vinyasa & Yoga Nidra: Long Class + Social Evening

Saturday 3rd October 2015 - 5 to 7pm

Join like-minded yogis in this 2-hour class followed by a social evening in a delicious local restaurant.

This long class will be an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice with techniques that we rarely have time to cover in the weekly classes. There will also be more asanas with vinyasa flow, however we will go beyond the physical aspects as we will approach the subtle energy body with pranayama techniques (breath control) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

The Five Elements of Vinyasa:
Weekend Yoga Class + Social Evening

Saturday 16 May – 5 to 7pm

Refine your vinyasa yoga practice and connect with other yogis in this 2-hour class & social evening!

This practical class will take you on an in-depth journey through the main concepts of vinyasa yoga. We will revise the basics and approach their symbolic relation with the five gross elements of the natural world (Tattvas) as a way to embody their qualities and progress in our practice. If you want to mingle and meet like minded people you can stay with the group after the class for a social. We’ll head to Jai Krishna, a local Indian restaurant where we will socialize and share the good energy over delicious vegetarian food!
